The service is like going to the cleaners twice weekly, without having to waste your time. There is no extra charge, and your credit card is billed for the work we have done for you.

As a Charlie’s Cleaner’s customer, you would follow this routine:

Step 1. On Sunday night, fill your Charlie’s Cleaners bag with dirty clothes.

Step 2. On Monday morning before leaving for work, leave your Charlie’s Cleaners bag on the porch before work.

Step 3. Our driver stops by your house and picks up the yellow bag. The driver brings the clothes to our main plant in Revere, where they are processed.

Step 4. On Thursday, the clean clothes are brought back to your home and left where you have instructed us to leave them: front porch, back porch, garage or alcove. Then you would leave another bag on your porch. The driver picks up this bag and brings it to our main plant in Revere for processing.

Step 5. On Thursday night, you would return home to find that your freshly clean clothes have been delivered and are waiting for you. At the end of the month, you will receive a statement which details all of the charges to your credit card. In one month, you will have saved the time that might have been wasted on eight trips to the dry cleaner.
